The “CIE Authentication” plugin for forma.lms is a specific feature to allow forma.lms users to authenticate via CIE.
CIE, the Electronic Identity Card, is the solution that allows the user to access all the online services of the Public Administration and private entities in possession of an Electronic Identity Card.
With this plugin, e-learning service providers via moodle can offer their users the authentication service with CIE.
Through this plugin, it is possible to decide to automatically create a user who accesses with CIE on the forma.lms platform; or, it is possible to grant access through CIE only to users already registered on the platform.
Our CIE and SPID authentication plugins can be installed at the same time to offer the complete set of authentications recommended by AGID (the Italian gouvernment Identnty Agency).
